Jeffrey Taylor
Founder / President
Jeffrey Taylor is the visionary founder and President of Triumphant Reentry Resources. Drawing from over 25 years of lived experience and a decade of community service, Jeffrey is committed to reducing recidivism through evidence-based programs and peer-led support. His leadership ensures TRR remains focused on empowering justice-involved individuals with dignity, opportunity, and hope.
Jennifer Taylor
Treasurer
Jennifer Taylor serves as Treasurer for TRR, bringing strong financial stewardship and organizational oversight to the board. With a background in nonprofit finance and community engagement, Jennifer ensures that TRR's resources are managed responsibly to maximize impact and sustainability.
Rameka Blakey
Secretary
As Secretary, Rameka Blakey provides governance support and ensures transparency in TRR's operations. With experience in administrative leadership and advocacy, Rameka plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Director
